Child Artist Engagement

Child Artist Engagement. This contract is for the engagement of a child as an artist over a period where a licence will be required. This contract acquires all rights in the child’s performance for exploitation as part of the production throughout the world in all media in perpetuity and has to be signed by the guardian as well as the child.
